Donation Requests

Williams Lumber is proud of our strong ties to the communities we serve. With 7 locations, in four counties, Williams Lumber contributes to a wide variety of charitable organizations.

Please review the following information prior to filling out the donation form:

• Request must be submitted at least three weeks prior to event/deadline.
• Donation Request Form must be completed in full and accompanied by applicable supporting documentation.
• If tax exempt, include a copy of your exemption form.
• Be specific as to what form of donation you are requesting. If applicable, include a detailed, itemized materials list.
• Only one submission per event. Please be sure only one person from your organization is submitting a request.
• Limited to one donation request per year, per organization.
